Terms Of Service

• Scope of Work

  • The Commission Request form must be completed and approved before work can begin.

  • Thumbnails/ sketches will be sent to the client. Once the thumbnail/sketch phase is approved, the client will receive a minimum of two updates depicting how the piece is progressing. Minor changes may be requested after receiving these two updates. 

  • The client must respond to emails within 72 hours in order for the commissioned work to proceed.

  • The commissioner can expect the final piece to be finished within 5 weeks, unless otherwise stated by the artist.

  • I have the right to decline any commission.

• Payment

  • All prices are in CAD.

  • All payments will be done through PayPal.

  • Once the commission request is approved, the full payment must be made within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Work on the commission will not begin until payment is made.

  • Commissions are non refundable.

• Copyright and Reproduction

  • The client and other parties may not:

    • Claim the commissioned work as their own.

    • Post the commission online without crediting the artist.

    • Reproduce the commission for commercial use. The commissioned work is for personal use only unless otherwise negotiated.

    • Repurpose or modify the piece in any way.

    • Use my artwork to train AI or for NFTs.

  • The artist reserves the right to:

    • Use the art for self promotion (portfolios, commission examples, online galleries, etc.), unless otherwise stated by the client.

• What I Will Not Draw:

  • Anthro/Furry characters

  • Mecha characters

  • NSFW

  • Hateful imagery/content
